1. Payment & Enrollment Terms
- Enrollment is confirmed only after successful payment.
- Payment secures your seat in the selected course and batch.
- Course fees once finalized cannot be modified after enrollment.
- Course transfers after enrollment will be treated as a new admission.
- Installment plans (if applicable) must be completed as per schedule.
2. Payment Dues & Default Policy
- Students opting for installment payment must adhere to the agreed payment schedule.
- All dues must be cleared within the specified timelines provided during enrollment.
- If dues remain unpaid beyond the grace period, the student may be removed from the program without refund.
- Reactivation of access after removal is subject to management approval and full payment clearance.
- Certificates, placement assistance, and project support will only be provided after full payment completion.
3. Strict No Refund Policy
All payments made towards course enrollment are final and non-refundable.
- No refund for change of mind, career shift, or personal decisions.
- No refund for financial issues or relocation.
- No refund for dissatisfaction after course access.
- Failure to attend classes does not qualify for refund.
- Technical issues from student side are not refundable.
4. Pre‑Enrollment Responsibility
- Students must review syllabus and course structure before enrolling.
- All questions must be clarified prior to payment.
- Enrollment indicates informed decision by student.
- Expectation mismatch after enrollment not eligible for refund.
5. Course Access & Digital Delivery
- Course materials are considered delivered once access is granted.
- Recorded sessions count as delivered services.
- Unauthorized sharing is strictly prohibited.
- Violation may result in termination without refund.
6. Batch & Schedule Policy
- Batch change subject to availability.
- Schedule changes may occur due to operational needs.
- Students will be notified in advance where possible.
7. Student Conduct
- Students must maintain professionalism.
- Disruptive behavior may result in removal.
- Learning outcome depends on student participation.
8. Technical Disclaimer
- Students responsible for internet and device.
- Missed classes not compensated.
- Recorded access provided where applicable.
9. Placement & Career Disclaimer
- Placement assistance provided as support service.
- Placement depends on student performance.
10. Legal & Chargeback Policy
- Chargebacks treated as policy violation.
- Access may be suspended.
- Legal action may be taken if required.
11. Final Agreement
- Enrollment confirms acceptance of policy.
- All decisions final and non-reversible.
- No refund under any circumstances.
12. Grace Period Policy
- A grace period of up to 3 days may be provided for pending payments.
- Failure to clear dues within the grace period may lead to suspension.
- Extended grace period is subject to management approval.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- All policies shall be governed by applicable laws.
- Any disputes shall fall under Chennai jurisdiction only.
- Students agree to resolve disputes through official communication.
